WisDOT's Standard Specifications, section 701, set the general requirements for quality management programs on state highway work. Contractor quality control sampling and testing must be performed by technicians certified through the Highway Technician Certification Program, and the department performs verification testing against the contractor's results.

Our firm is seeking a full-time Senior Geotechnical Engineer to provide oversight, review and management of geotechnical projects of varying complexity; perform and supervise geotechnical analyses and development of recommendations in written reports; provide technical review of reports and proposals prepared by geotechnical staff. Supervise and develop technical skills of less experienced engineers and technicians. Candidate would be located in either our Madison or Milwaukee office, although periodic travel between locations may be necessary.
